WOD 110503

Garage workout (Chia, Janet, Joe)

Burger King 300 (Have it your way)
-kettle bell swings
-box jumps
-one hand snatches
-burpees


Rules of BK300: You have to do a total of 300 reps and you have to do the evolutions in order.  You must do a minimum of 1 rep per exercise and you can't do more than 100 of any one exercise. 

Get Some.

I don't know what the girls did, but I did my BK300 in honor of Doug who couldn't be with us;
100 kettle bell swings
100 box jumps
  99 one hand snatches
    1 burpee
