11.11.09 WOD At Possum Corner

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 Minutes:
5 DB Push-presses (sub for pull-ups, we only have 1 bar)
10 Pushups
15 Squats

Chia, Joe and Steve then did 5 miles on the Tophill Loop in 45:29.
